At Go Steam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return any new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within one week of handing over the package to the return shipper. This time frame includes:

• 2 to 4 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper,

• 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return,

• 5 to 10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.
